reviewing appraisal reports for accuracy and trends. Act as a liaison and offer assistance to
appraisers and consultants on various project concerns. Attend meetings on new projects to better
determine appraisal needs for acquiring property interests identified for
public roadways, parks, housing, or drainage projects. Must be able to read
surveys, have thorough understanding of property rights including various types
of easements and fee ownership. Must have thorough understanding of income
capitalization, cost, and sales comparison approaches to value.
- Reviews appraisals for various types of programs.
- Coordinates with project managers from multiple County departments to advise on appraisal needs. 3. Participates in all appropriate project meetings and project site visits.

- Maintains and updates various program statuses, performances, records, databases, files, and financial reports timely and accurately.

- Collects, organizes, indexes and maintains electronic and physical program and project documents in compliance with grant documentation requirements and department policies.
